We offer free shipping for major restyling jobs. For smaller repairs or cleaning, shipping charges will apply. These charges will be communicated to you once the package is ready for shipment. We primarily use UPS or USPS for shipping.

7. Alterations and Returns

If your restyled fur does not fit correctly upon delivery, please provide photos of the issue. We will make necessary alterations at no additional cost if the fit issue is related to the original order. Free alterations do not cover new or additional alteration requests.
