Do you buy Furs?

Yes, we occasionally buy furs when we need a specific type or colors for material purposes.

Can you repair my fur?

Yes, we are full service furrier; we can repair your fur.

Do you offer fur cleaning and/or alterations?

Yes, we offer all services including alterations and cleaning.

Where do you have your Trunk Shows?

We stage our trunk shows at established boutiques around the country. These stores are our point of contact with our customers in those areas.

Is my fur insured when I leave it in your possession?

Yes, we are fully covered.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept credit cards, checks or cash.

Must I pay in full when placing my order?

We require 50% deposit to start working on your fur. The process takes around 8-10 weeks in a busy season and 2-4 weeks in a less busy season. You will pay the outstanding balances once you receive your fur back and are satisfied with our work.

For how long have you been in business?

We are a family owned fur company since 1919. LaBelle Furs is one of the oldest family operated businesses in Central Florida. Restyle Your Fur is the restyling division of LaBelle Furs which offers services around the country. Restyle Your Fur was established in 2002. We have since been offering fur services, for almost 15 years now.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is purely complimentary.

How will my order be shipped?

We usually ship orders through UPS or Priority mail.

Do you accept overseas orders?

We do not accept restyling orders from oversees. However, if you purchase an item from us, we can ship it oversees.

If I’m unable to make to one of your Trunk Shows, how do I get my fur sent to you?

You can leave your fur at the boutique and it will be shipped to us. We can also send you a shipping label to enable you mail your fur to us.

Do you have a shop?

Yes, our shop is LaBelle Furs in Downtown Orlando, Florida. (Address: 351 N Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801). This has been our location since 1950’s.

How do I send my fur to you?

Please contact us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label through email or fax.

What can be made from my fur, and how long does it take?

Anything could be made out of your fur. We have many samples for you to choose from. We can give you suggestions once we have inspected your fur. If nothing in our samples pleases you, please provide a picture of the design you want and we will have the fur tailored to your specification. All orders are custom handcrafted. During a busy season (September through April) it takes 8-10 weeks to complete an order, while a less busy season (May through August) will take 2-4 weeks.
