Shipping
There is no charge for regular shipping. Except, if you request items
to be shipped overnight or to multiple locations.
- Price of overnight shipment depends on weight of the box and the location of delivery.
- If you request items to be shipped to multiple locations, then we will pay only one shipping and others
will be added to your invoice.
Delivery Time
Custom orders take approximately 8-10
weeks to make, depending on the time of year you place your order. In summer it may take only 4 weeks;however, if you
place your order in October, November or December it may take 10 weeks because it is our busiest time of year. If you order something
in our online store and we are out of stock, it will be made specially for you and will take about 10-14 days. We will call
you and let you know in that case, so if you dont want to wait you have a right to cancel anytime. We try our best
to meet everybody's deadlines and make our cutomers satisfied!
Payment Methods
If you are interested in
purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by filling out an order form and faxing it to us, or email us your request.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders.
You may also call 1-877-467-9387
to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check,
your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
However, if we dont have the item you requested in stock at that moment, your card will not be charged
till the moment we are ready to ship it to you. It wil probably take aproximately 10-14 days due to manufacturing.
For Custom orders we request 50% deposit at the beggining and remaining 50% will be charged to your
credit card at the time of shipping product to you. If you pay by check, your items will be shipped in 5 buisness days
after we receive your check.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely
to bill the customer for their order.
