LaBelle Furs has been an Orlando, Florida, institution since 1919. After arriving in America, Great Grandmother LaBellman pursued her dream of becoming a fur seamstress by convincing her husband to purchase an acre of land in downtown Orlando. Shortly after, they built a small store on Orange Ave.

In 1947, on his way home to Florida - after being released from the Army in New Mexico - their son, Morris happened to go past a department store in Dallas featuring furs in front wondow. Convinced that if they could sell furs in Dallas in 100 degree temperature he could do it in Florida. Morris built the current "Vegas" style store - complete with a neon sign - on the Orange Ave property.

In 1975, Morris' son Art took over the buisness and continued to build LaBelle Furs into the largest full service furrier in Florida.

In 1995, his son, Alex, following in the family footsteps, joined the buisness. After receiving customer requests to convert the family fur into keepsakes for children and grandchildren, Alex recognized the opportunity and launched Restyle Your Fur. The first recycled teddy bears and a new business were born.

Today, Restyle Your Fur not only will make teddy bears out of your old fur but also will convert it into sweater jackets, vests, pillows, throws or other accesories. We work not just with customer's old furs but also customize orders out of new fur. In addition, we have taken the idea on the road with "Restyle Your Fur" events in different cities around Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma & Kansas.
